Inserts a textbox and an optional image into your form. When you click on the image a calendar layer drops down (like on expedia.com) that allows the user to select a date. The selected date is then transfered to the textbox. You can click from month to month and from year to year without refreshing the browser. Several different date formats are supported as well as language localization in English, Spanish and German.

CF_CalcWeek determines the dates of the weekdays that start a week and end a week based on a date within that week sent by the user. The weekdays to start and end the week are also optionally set within the tag.
